  • Free local delivery on orders over $60

  • $5 delivery fee on orders under $60

  • Free local pickup available

Canada & U.S. Customers

  • Free shipping on orders over $99

  • $15 flat-rate shipping on orders under $99

Processing Time

All items are made to order.
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be created and prepared before it ships or is ready for pickup.

Delivery Notes

Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking (when applicable) so you can follow it every step of the way.

For local delivery and pickup, we’ll reach out with details as soon as your order is ready 

Lost/Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are handled by the carrier.

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help you track it down.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made to order just for you, all sales are final and we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Order Issues
